The SAIL-In cruise marks the official start of this world-famous maritime festival SAIL Amsterdam. There is no better way to experience it than from the water. Sail with the fleet of more than 50 Tall Ships from around the world as they make their way through the 12-kilometer route along the North Sea Canal toward Amsterdam. From our departure point close Amsterdam Central Station, we sail across the North Sea Canal towards IJmuiden. From there we return to Amsterdam surrounded by the Tall Ships. We have two boat options, the 'Volendam' and the 'Jan Smit' boat. Choose your boat under the 'tickets' option when booking. If one of the boats is fully booked, choose the other. Are you going with a group? Then make sure you book the same boat.

We leave in the direction of IJmuiden. Thousands of boats sail to the departure point. From our boat you have a beautiful view of the various boats in front and beside us.

We arrive at the starting point. From here we guide the tall ships to Amsterdam. This is the busiest and most fun boat parade you will experience in your life.

We serve a delicious lunch.
14.00
We approach Amsterdam. While enjoying snacks and drinks we sail towards the final location.

We are back at the departure point.
